You said Sasuke was unable to withstand an arm swing from momoshiki and make a conclusion that Naruto can withstand powerful blow and have better durability.

But do you notice they both get sent flying by normal Momoshiki's blow(Naruto) and fused Momoshiki's blow(Sasuke). How you can draw a conclusion that Naruto durability is better than Sasuke when both Sent flying and both survived from it letter on ?

I'm still confused as to if/how Naruto & Bee got their chakra back. Naruto obviously lost a LOT yet he's still at full power while Bee lost ALL of it yet the end credits show he and Hachibi survived.

Is it because of their technically "immortal chakra" it recorporialised after the big bad was blown up?

Well, you're right, and anyone who disagrees needs to reread the manga.

However, the reason you've given doesn't make a good point. You could've found a better example to backup your claim.

I'd say base Naruto = Sasuke w/Susano'o ribcage in regard to durability.

As a couple others have already stated, Naruto's gifted with a tanky body and Sasuke's blessed with powerful eyes.

Yet the Manga still puts their physical abilities as equal, as kids. Sasuke as an Adult>Naruto as an Adult when it comes to physical ability as Sasuke can keep up wit Nardo's cloaked forms.
