This really isn't needed. For starters, Narutobase is a forum, a type of site which is predominantly run on a computer. Forums aren't made for phones so you can access them while you're in bed trying to fap either. Not to mention how the hell can one be made? You'd need someone who is pretty experienced in PHP, C++, Javascript, or whatever coding language the phones are in to make an app like that. Sure it's a good idea, but at this stage in time it's not very realistic.
