I not good at making theories like others in this forum anyways I think the real reason Naruto have his arm bandaged because he tried to absorb the bijuu power from Sasuke susanoo..

Naruto rasengan shuriken won't work because Im asuming Sasuke will stop it by gathering more chakra from the bijuu's it will come to a moment Sasuke won't be able to control his Susanoo/bijuu thats when Naruto come into play to save Sasuke by absorbing the bijuu power from Sasuke Susanoo..
