No Sasuke is stronger than Obito and Naruto. Sasuke's EMS is even stronger than the Elder son's eyes. Sasuke is only going easy on Obito cuz he is waiting for Madara to fight him.

Naruto and Sasuke are supposed to be equal in a certain point of this story. Until then, we shouldn't care if Naruto or Sasuke is stronger... we should care that Naruto will be the winner in the end, because this manga is called Naruto.
