You forget something though, Hashirama was the one who made that scroll with all the kinjutsu from which Naruto learned the shadow clones technique and he was the sole owner of it. Being said that, he might also know a lot of forbidden jutsu. A prime example of his power is his summoning. While he was in sage mode, he could summon a statue capable of defeating Kurama along with Perfect Susanoo. That says a lot.

That scroll has the seal of the Uzumaki. And may been the reason he learned it so quickly.

That doesn't mean Naruto is still on the same level as before. He took over Kyuubi's hate, mastered KCM, Bijuu mode. And what Sasuke did is put Itachi's eye. He just got one level up whereas Naruto leveled up a lot compared to Sasuke.
BTW, Sasuke does not have Perfect Susano'o. Even with his EMS, he's useless at the current time bro.

I shall say that Sasuke got more "free safe" time to train compared to Naruto where he was facing a really dangerous situation. Sasuke did not had to face the Kyuubi like Naruto did to take over him. BTW, spamming Sharingan over Kyuubi and controlling him doesn't proves that he won't backstab when you're in danger. If Sasuke felt Itachi's powers rushing in him then I think he got over-confident lying in the bed as compared to what he forced himself against Danzo and the Five Kages.

For Naruto :
Against Muu , without Gaara and Onoki , he wouldn't have done it.
Against 3rd Raikage , without Rubber dude , the division and Hachibi , he wouldn't have done it.
Same goes against Madara.

And against Zetsu he used KCM too.
Sasuke also was testing his eyes against Zetsu and don't forget that he killed the original one.

And i'm sorry , but without Itachi , he and Bee would have been dead.
Same goes to Sasuke against Kabuto.
And also Sasuke saved Itachi twice against Kabuto , and used Amaterasu twice ( so not spam here ) , so he didn't stand there doing nothing like you said.
