Sasuke fans diss Naruto for using borrowed power, yet most of what was exceptional of Sasuke was coming from borrowed power. Does this mean that he's significantly slower now that he's lost curse mark?

That was mostly directed at your assertion that the curse mark was the source of his chakra. His chakra is far beyond the Cursed Seal currently and per Obito, his body has responded to that. He's still incredibly fast, probably faster currently. You seem to be ignoring the "Devoted training!" and "Inborn talent" parts.

First off the war is in it second day now , so Naruto didn't fight for days.
Second off he has nearly unlimited chakra ( Kyuubi + Nature ).
And finally here is what Sasuke has done since he showed up with his EMS :

Final Susanoo and Enton sword on zetsu.
Final Susano , Enton magatama and genjutsu on Zetsu.
Susanoo hand to catch Itachi.
Incomplete Susanoo and Complete Susanoo against Kabuto.
Chidori sword , Amaterasu twice , Susanoo arrow , Enton sword , Genjutsu , 1 Katon against Kabuto.
Summoning Jutsu , Enton sword , Complete Susanoo and Susanoo Enton arrow twice , Enton the same level as FRS , Susanoo ribcage and Amaterasu.

And the guy is still fresh.

The difference between Naruto and Sasuke is that while former's results of his actions were well intentioned, Sasuke till some chapters ago cared only for himself. He didn't care about fighting against Kabuto, he only did it because he wanted to talk with his brother, he didn't have Orochimaru to summon the hokages to help the alliance but rather for himself. The irony is that at that point it is presented as if Sasuke had full control over the situation while the truth is that Hashirama just let it go his flow. It was stated that Orochimaru couldn't control Hashirama. If it wasn't for his kindness, Hashirama could have easily killed the Sasuke, Orochimaru and the rest and then all the edo hokages would have arrived at the battlefield way earlier, don't forget that hashirama's story was preety lengthy and all that time Naruto had to use Kurama's chakra cloaks to protect everyone.

That being said, I don't blame Sasuke for desiring to know about the past but on the other hand, his actions weren't made out of altruistic sentiments but for personnal gain alone, at least for the most time.

It has been stated that Orochimaru wasn't able to learn senjutsu because he didn't find a compatible body. As for the rest. Yes I do believe. Sasuke is nothing more that a weakened version of Madara so far and Hashirama had managed to defeat him even though the former had Kurama on his side. As for the other hokages,yes they might have been proved troublesome but judging by how everyone was terrified by just him raising his chakra I think that he could hold his own aiming to kill Orochimaru quickly and therefore freeing the others from his control.

SM

SM and Kyuubi are both external power , so nobody cheated here.

And Orochimaro has his hands and Senju DNA ( you know how much hax you get with that shit )
not to mention the edo.

In my opinions they would have beat him easily.
