OK, it seems like this is going to end up being the battle,because we all know Kabuto has know control what so ever over Itachi.So its probably gonna be

B vs Kabuto
Itachi vs Madara
Naruto vs Sasuke

He's still dead, it's just that Shisui's genjutsu is stronger than Edo Tensai so he's no longer under Kabuto's control.

BTW actually Itachi is at full power because he still has all his abilities,(including MS Techniques) and he's not sick, and he has a another body . So Itachi can beat Madara
