Fillers only exist for people who read the manga. For someone who watches the anime only, fillers do not exist.. since fillers are part of the storyline in the anime.

Anime. Sure it has bad animation at times but the fact being you can actually hear and see things move about puts it far ahead. Not by much due to some of the censors the anime has.

Well I'm typically more of a manga guy so I'd still pick the manga, but the anime would be good for OSTs (Naruto has some good ones).
