I mean the Naruto Anime follows the Manga in every chapter and sometimes they put fillers !

But what if the anime will not go in the same direction like the manga did and make Tobi be Izuna or another character !

Note: In many Anime's sometimes the Anime split from the Manga storyline !

Absolutely not. The ENTIRE series has been based around Madara and Obito's actions. As much as we all hate Obito's motives. The story as a whole is F'ing brilliant.
