[Discussion] Naruto anime should have done as Fairy tail anime

I don't know, how many around here are following the Fairy tail (FT) anime, however, it's not important if you are. The FT anime is currently taking a break, because it came too close to the latest chapters of FT manga. So instead of creating horrible fillers, waste their budget on it, and have the anime ratings drop, they make a break. Smart? I think so.

But should the same have been done with the Naruto anime? We saw how horrible the animations are, because they don't have money for proper animators. We see constant changes in voice actress. The ratings are horrible.
Looking back, wouldn't it have been better, if they had just stopped it for a period. Perhaps in seasons, where people don't care, like over summer maybe?

Or do some actually appreciate the fillers more than nothing?

Oh, just a reminder, I'm not referring to the usual filler arcs, which can be quite decent. We have seen those in both FT and Naruto. I am referring to inappropriate fillers arriving in the middle of an important arc, as it is doing right now in Naruto. FT manga is in same situation, but instead of ruining it with fillers, they make a break in the anime.

Filler's show things in the narutoverse the manga couldn't show. like the war arc the other battles of other shinobi we have never seen. which means something to the characters as a whole.

it also gives us something to do in the mid-time between chapters to watch. my opinion alone.

That is a good argument, however, clearly it can't be that popular. Look at the animations. Change in voice actress, etc.. Compare the anime to One Piece or Fairy tail, they have waaay better animations, because they have a better rating, and thus make more money.

My point is, the fillers are causing the "good" part of the anime to become worse, as we have seen especially in the pain vs naruto fight.

I think most of the fillers just give us more insight on characters and just shows how many characters were reanimated. Or even just what happened as Naruto and friends were growing up and doing in their spare time. As much as I agree some are annoying and pointless,got to agree with the guys and say for the little kids it makes it more interesting.

Oh don't get me wrong i totally agree the animation and voice acting has jus been ridiculous and it can't compare to One Piece or Fairy tail at all that is true..But I don't think kids really care for animation or voice actors they jus care that their cartoons are on.Now older watchers know and notice this

As fillers can be really annoying, some of them are pretty interesting, depends on person. So it isn't unusual to argument about this subject.

It doesn't make sense to make fillers at this current time though. In the manga we are at 632 (633 tomorrow) and at this point; Madara is revived, the Juubi is revived, Tobi's identity revealed, Naruto gained BM, Sakura gained Hyakugou, Sasuke and Itachi fought Kabuto to release Edo Tensai, Orochimaru was revived, the 4 Hokages were revived and Hashirama's talk spanned almost 10 chapters, AND Sasuke's views have changed and he is good again....

Now what is the point of fillers when just the Kabuto vs Uchiha bro's fight will span 3-4 episodes, which still lets the manga get more ahead? The manga is way too far for the anime to be making this many fillers.

But you can't make any fillers at all in the upcoming arcs because there's nothing else you can make filler about when everyones preoccupied fighting a juubi and madara

Definitely yes. They should make Seasons, formed by episodes only from the manga, and take a break every 24 episodes or so, in order to let the manga advance.

Fillers are totally degrading.
