All the best animators are working on Boruto the movie. That's why there giving us filler, so the experienced and best animators can do the upcoming canon material when they finish, much of which requires complicated (story)boarding

It's shit regardless. SP isn't rich because their employees get shit pay and have shit working conditions, which in turn decreases the quality of the drawings they do for the anime. SP is it's own murderer.

Long running series tend to have all around sub par animation. The reason is simple, it would be way to expensive to dish out great animation every episode.
