Naruto and The Tailed Beast's Chakra

We all know that Naruto has a portion of the Tailed beast's chakra inside him.

And how it's eventually going to lead to a power-up. But what would it exactly be.

I see two things happening.

1. Naruto gains the individual powers of the Tailed Beast.

Shukaku's Air Bullet:

Not Shukaku ability to control sand because that would take away from Gaara's character.

2. Or, the combined power of the Tailed beast lead to Naruto becoming the next Sage of Six Paths.

Meaning that he can gain the Sage's Rinnegan and Creation of All Things ability.

Which one do guys think will possibly happen?

Edit: One thing note is that because Naruto only gained a portion of their chakra, the power-up will only be temporary, not permanent.

He will gain creation of all things but not rinnegan that's used almost as much as hashi's DNA. And I doubt that naruto will get any of the other bijuu abilities just their power.

He could become the NEXT SO6P, but not the one itself.

He will become another 10tails jin, I think. However, he didn't went through the same steps as the original one. So, I don't think he will acquire the Rinnegan. The new 10Tails will be like Kuruma and probably white or something with ten tails, basically it will be SBM with support from the other Bijuu...

And he won't need CoAT... the shinobi world will convert themselves, instead of needing CoAT.
