Naruto and the Shinobi System

So Naruto claims he wants to end a world of hate by becoming Hokage; this means the Shinobi system will still continue if there is a hokage because a hokage is a ninja, and ninja kill :/ How do the kage plan on ending hate?

Shinobi way was originally designed for peace. The village (Kage system) and ninja system was designed for the unification of the world ninja.


Ninja do not simply = kill..
