Either way Naruto would be different. Naruto was naturally a Jinchuriki from birth and didn't have to make friends with Kurama: He made him! Naruto's abilities are derived from different sources but as he grows more powerful his ideals and appearance are starting to mirror the Sage (Wanting Peace and having the Magatama necklace while also getting recognized as the sage by the tailed beasts).

We don't even know what abilities Sasuke will have with his EMS, since it varies from user to user. He'll probably have perfect Susano by the time they fight and some other unknown abilities.

When Naruto was talking to the rest of the Tailed Beasts, that should give you a clear indication of who is the second coming of the SO6P...

To quote Kurama:

" Its been a long time old man..." (Obviously referring to Naruto as the Sage)

LMAO !! That does not mean Naruto i the old man. The Sage just told the tailed beasts to "SEARCH FOR WHAT IS TRUE STRENGTH. WHEN THAT DAY COMES, YOU WILL BECOME ONE". Kurama said he finally understood what Rikudo meant by search for true strength. LMAO!!

It doesn't mean he is the old man... God can you not read in between the lines? Kurama mistook Naruto for the Sage... Naruto is the only one besides the Sage who knows the name of all the Tailed Beast off by heart and when they were all rallied around him it looked very similar to the flash back where they were younger in the Sage's time and the sage was talking to them while they were around him. That already solidifies Naruto as the second coming of the Sage and anything else that makes Naruto more powerful (I.E Rinnegan) will just contribute to Naruto's legacy and fulfill the prophecy even more.

Also, your use of "LMAO" seems to be very exuberant. I suggest you relax with that.

Naruto got the body while Sasuke got the eyes
