Naruto and the power of the 10 tailed beast

If naruto gains the power of the 1st and 8 tails would he technically has the chakra of the ten tails.. Because all the beast are the result of the ten tails chakra separated, so if he combines all their chakra within himself, wouldnt he have the power of the ten tails?????

technically yes he would but how would he create the ten tails if its body is supposedly inside the moon. unless somehow he gets izanagi and creates a new ten tails. idk the whole creating the ten tails thing is odd. Like for instance what does gedo mazo have to do with it? how is tobi going to put the chakra back? so many questions...
