Do you guys think that naruto will ever be able to control all of the nine tails power not just the half sealed inside him, but also the half in minato. Do you think he'll get a hold of that power and ever get to see his parents again.

no cuz once the death god has ur soul its gone forever ... like this was answered. kushina is prolly the only one that can be brought back via edo tensei if they get DNA .minato and the charka he took are gone there in the belly of the shinigami. like do you read the manga or watch the anime this questtion has been answered. naruto cannot get the other half of the fox's charka it is sealed away.

His parents already passed on. The little bit of chakra they sealed inside Naruto dissipated when they met him so I don't think he can get it.

Naruto has all the Nine Tails Power...
The Nine Tail's Chakra Regenerates, so its possible that the NineTail's Chakra Regenerated out of the Years he was inside Naruto's Stomach Not using any Jutsu's or Chakra...

No Kushina and Minato are Dead, they got Seriously Injured by the NineTail's Nail... It went through their Bodies, Piercing Multiple Organs on the way...

Nine tails has never implied that he lost any of his powers. Perhaps when they sealed half of the nine tails chakra it simply injured the nine tails severely so he had to go into a hibernation/sleep until he recovered.

I did read some of that manga but I'm asking if anyone thinks it will ever happen(minato comes back or some of that dill pickle) maybe kishi changes the death god seal and like exchanges a souls for a soul I'm just askin.

I actually just had a similar discussion on a separate thread...Minato only sealed away half of the Kyuubi's chakra, whereas Naruto actually received the beast itself. In that time, the Kyuubi recovered its chakra, just like a shinobi would. The Kyuubi inside Naruto is at full power.

If you think about it, Naruto shouldn't be able to use more than three tails because Kinkaku demonstrated that he could access six himself. The Kyuubi's chakra has been sealed and used by various people, but the beast itself has recovered fully.

Minato isn't coming back, but the Nine-tails chakra has probably already fully restored. Especially since his sage training when he took the rest of the chakra.
