ok since noone else has really delved into this and has only speculated on the prophecy then i will.
First we have gamabuntas prophecy that states a blue eyed boy will lead the bijuus down the right path they will have a new form and be shown true power.
So6P states the samething upon Naruto meeting him.
here is my take on this whole thing since 690 happened.
Yes we see Naruto powered to base level does that mean he lost his jin power.
We see kurama and the other 8 bijuu freed from kaguya along with a rabbit bijuu does this mean all the bijuu left naruto.
IMO no it doesnt mean that naruto lost his Jin power it just means the other parts of the Bijuu that were in madara then kaguya were freed.
If you think about it Naruto is the child of prophecy a prophecy that the So6P told the bijuu of in the beginning. If this prophecy was meant to be then like every other prophecy that happened in any other Mangas it will come to be true.

Yes i know this all seems out of character for Madara but as we saw with zabuza pain etc etc etc etc Naruto has a way of changing people and add Sasuke to that mix its even more thoughtful in this situation since he is basically the youngest/last uchiha born.

We see the rabbit Bijuu showing he/she has attitude not surprising since every bijuu has had attitude since they were intro-ed in the series except of course for the 8tails/gyuuki.

This Rabbit Bijuu i have a feeling is actually Madaras mind much like BZ was Kaguyas will. Which if im correct it will take over Madara so to speak as the other Bijuus join with their parts in Naruto.
Which will lead to 1 final battle Madara vs Naruto+Sasuke. Which in the end will lead to Naruto and Sasuke TnJ with Madara until he Rinnes all those him and Obito killed.
