There seems to be a sort of competition for the next SO6P position, this is getting interesting. First there was Uchiha Madara getting Senju dna and attaining Rinnegan, then there was Nagato with his six paths, presently, Tobi with his acquired Senju dna, Sharingan, Rinnegan and now Kabuto with his ability to create and control the natural world. They all seem to have the qualifications.
I don't have Naruto in there because he hasn't (yet) demonstrated control of yin chakra. Although, he seems to be displaying physical characteristics of SO6P, certain power (like sealing Kurama) and total recognition by the Bijuu as the 'one'. My feeling is that he will become the true SO6P due to his quest for peace which is what the original wanted.
Predictions as to how Naruto will attain the yin chakra or if he will. Will he surpass the original SO6P, become jinchuuriki to a new Juubi, while we're at it throw in the Rinnegan.
