Naruto and Space Time Manipulation Jutsu?

I was reading on the wiki and I stumbled on the Namikaze clan page and came across this paragraph about their Kekkei Genkai:

"The Namikaze clan was able to use Space and Time manipulation at a very young age. Most made jutsus out of their genkai. Minato made the Flying Thunder God Technique. Anyone who was a student of any of the Sannam would also be able to use this in a way. Obito Uchiha was able to warp using this type to another dimension with his left Mangekyo Sharingan."

Because Naruto is part of the Namikaze clan does it mean that he would find it easy to learn these types of Jutsu?

I don't believe that's canon, and I thought FTG was just used with seals that Kushina Uzumaki taught him that have been placed on his kunai knives. So if anything Minato's teleportation(FTG) came from the Uzumaki clan, not the Namikaze. No I don't believe Naruto will learn that technique, why? Because he doesn't need it. Besides the Uzumaki's were wiped out.
