Sasuke's fullspeed = sharrinengan teleportation jutsu (it has a limited distance) > Sasuke's footspeed.
Conclusion:
Naruto's shunshin > Sasuke's S/T justu (due to his limited distance) > Sasuke's footspeed
Overall:
Naruto's fullspeed > Sasuke's fullspeed
So naruto is faster than sasuke.

P.S: Naruto's shunshin can get even faster with his ashura mode.

amenotejikara works in INSTANT, nothing is faster (which means ">" on terms of speed) than instant. it can only be equaled to.

nardo's shunsin however, is not working in instant so its not equal to sauce's ameno (which means nardo's shunshin < ameno om terms of speed) tho nardo's shunshin indeed very very very fast. in fact, i do think nardo's shunshin is faster than sasuke.

but nardo doesnt have something to make him move right in instant, so sasuke is leading here.

Sauce:
-instant: ameno
-shunshin: very very fast (been hailed so, many times)
-footspeed: very fast (faster than nardo. see boruto's movie)

nardo:
-instant: nothing
-shunshin: very very very fast (faster than sasuke IMO)
