Naruto and Sasuke's power ups

I have a theory regarding their power ups, Sasuke's in particular.

I believe that the only thing the sage gave Naruto and Sasuke was his senjutsu and the yin and yang seal.

Naruto on his own befriended the beasts and in turn they lend him his power, completely separate from what Hagoromo gave him; with this he was able to survive the bijuu extraction.

Now I believe that Sasuke would have awakened the rinnegan even if he didn't meet hagoromo. He obtained Hashirama's chakra, as well as his cells when being healed by Kabuto. Not only that but he was exposed to senju dna for the three years with oro and even sucked Karin's chakra for all that's worth.

Remember how Madara obtained the rinnegan when placing Hashi's flesh on his wounds? Only NEAR death did he obtain the rinnegan.

I believe hagoromo's senjutsu acted as a catalyst to speed up the reaction and quickly awake the rinnegan. And because of that influence, that may be why Sasuke has awakened one with tomoe on it.

You need Ashura and Indra's chakra to awaken the rinnegan, not Uchiha and Senju.

My theory is Naruto has the spirit of all 9 bijuu, but uses his yang power to increase the quantity of their chakra

The eye behind Hagoromo has 6 Tomoe just like Sasuke's eye and it is shown that both yin and yang dwell within that eye. This makes sense because even if Hashirama wasn't Ashura, Ashura's descendants are the Senju and they all inherited some of Ashura's physical energy. Hashirama is the strongest senju and Sasuke had obtained both Hashirama's dna and chakra. With this Sasuke's eye has the power of both yang and yin,

Anyway I basically agree with your statement Hagoromo only gave them chakra and that chakra just enhanced what Sasuke and Naruto already had

Take it easy. Kishi turning naruto's mc no jutsu to the max now while taking away sasuke's power. If kishi takes away kaguya power like he did to sasuke, naruto solo even kaguya Lol
