Well Naruto did kill the shinobi who was forced to impersonate Itachi. He ended with an Oodama Rasengan, way back in early Part 2.

He was already dead, they were just zombies made to look like Akatsuki members, being controlled by Akatsuki

OT: Naruto killed nobody (The Paths didn't count as they were already dead, and just being controlled via chakra rods)
Sasuke killed Danzo (yes he did, Danzo was dying and he just decided to try activating his seal which was made to activate when he is dying, to take Sasuke with him), he also killed Itachi (Itachi didn't commit suicide), and Samurai.

Mizuki never died, Danzou however did but used Izanagi to erase that.

You can't use izanagi if you're dead, so he used it with that split second of life he had, please explain how mizuki didn't die though?
