They only lost their seals but they kept their powers. The. Tomoes on Sasuke's eyes are temporarily gone due to him using shifting jutsu several times and Naruto just powered down he didn't lose his form

Sasuke doesn't lose tomo after using his shifting. Sasuke lacking tomo is probably just a drawing mistake.

I am not even convinced that they have lost their seals yet. A lot speculation going on with no scans to prove anything. W.r.t. to other powers, Kishimoto has already shown Naruto in and out of the mode, as suits the need. If they believe the fight is done, naturally he would power down.

Seems like it, although I don't get why Sasuke eye is/was missing tomoes even before they sealed Kagaya. (Kishi drawing error?)
