Naruto and sasuke

During their battle under the bridge naruto said he might have made the same mistakes as sasuke with his revenge now i have a question would sasuke bother to bring naruto back?

I actually don't know..if that was the case Sasuke would be quicker at bringing Naruto back, because of his "getting things done" nature... but there would be downside... of giving up.
