I think that the powers they have shown are not the full power of what hogoroma gave them
Bc hagoroma couldn't gave sasuke juubis eye bc he didnt have the juubi eyes
And you can say he gave him rinnegan and he fused it with his ems but if he did give him rinnegan why would he only give him one eye so if he did give him rinnegan he would give him 2 rinnegan eyes so he should fuse both his ems with rinnegan

And naruto has just shown the power of him fusing all the bijuus making him in a juubi mode.hogoroma didnt give him all the bijuus obito gave it to him

So they have not shown the powers that hagoroma gave them yet
