Naruto and Sasuke are equal as of now. I hate the fact that whenever there was a debate on their 1 vs 1(before PS; or the smaller version of it), everyone would say yeah Naruto solo's(which he did) until Sasuke gets PS, then they will be equal. Now the fapboys are all claiming Sasuke fodderizes Naruto somehow, and it really doesn't make much sense.
BSM Naruto still beats EMS Sasuke high difficulty, he just ups the ante with PS. Their fight could go either way IMO, but Naruto takes the cake 6-7/10 times for me. I can see a few scenario's where Sasuke wins, but I don't see him being able to finish off Naruto consistently. Especially with the durability Naruto's cloak has shown, plus the fact that he has chakra for days. Sasuke has chakra for hours, and if we're really going to stretch the facts, half a day at most. You guys can argue how many times he used an MS technique in a day, but that's not all in one fight. Especially in a fight practically on the same scale as Madara and Hashirama. Every counter requires chakra. Especially for Sasuke if he ensues in taijutsu with Naruto, will obviously be using his sharingan to counter his speed. When activated the sharingan takes a toll on the chakra levels, even if a small toll. Lettuce use an analogy:
Another common misconception is that Sasuke has Madara level chakra levels. That always gives me a good laugh. Sasuke has received a chakra boost, but not chakra on the level of Hashirama and Madara. He merely has powerful chakra, coupled with EMS techniques that take away extremely low amounts of chakra(As proven above). I'm not saying Sasuke has horrible reserves, they just can't even be cpnsidered on par with base Naruto's reserves. Not even counting his KCM or BM reserves.
As I've stated earlier, I'm not saying Sasuke get's solo'd anymore, merely that PS hasn't changed the outcome in my opinion that much. Of course he still wins a few scenarios, but Naruto can take him more often then not. He just has too many advantages on his side; Speed, Intelligence(He also has kurama with him), Chakra reserves, Raw power, and last but not least, durability feats. Sasuke has several of those, and even beats Naruto in intelligence and durability, but overall, again, Naruto has more advantages. Thank you for reading

Lets say Sasuke has $1. The dollar is his chakra reserve. Everytime he uses an MS technique with his MS, it cost 20 cents. That means Sasuke can only use 5 MS techniques until he needs more money.
Now let's say every MS technique Sasuke uses with his EMS, costs him 5 cents. Sasuke can use 20 MS techniques until he needs more money.
Now, we're going to say as Sasuke just has his sharingan active, it costs him $1 per 10 minutes; which seems pretty fair to me, since it actually appears at much higher rate with Kakashi, but since he's not Uchiha, I won't take that into account. This does not count with jutsu at the same time. Merely taijutsu with the sharingan active.
That leaves us with 1000 minutes, which, when divided by 60 produces about 17 hours of time with just his EMS active. Plus, considering Sasuke won't just be tracing Naruto's movements the entire fight(he'll be using jutsu), that also has to be accounted for. I'm not going to do the math with the jutsu added because everyone will complain that I didn't give Sasuke enough money for techniques or time.
Now obviously that's not to a scale, but it shows you how the chakra cost works; EMS vs MS. If you do the same math with his MS, you'll understand why Sasuke didn't last very long(chakra wise) against Itachi.
Also, this analogy can't really be compared against another ninja because we're just using a system of money, and who wants to be the guy who decides who gets what amount of money.
