I agree except with two.
SM Naruto is greater than MS Sasuke. BM Naruto is greater than EMS Sasuke. We just have to wait for another power-up, which will happen for two reasons. One, he is the second most important character. He will be plot relevant in the climatic battles to come. Two, he has to be nearly equal to Naruto for their fight.
