BUT sasuke have Ems & kairin
and itachi eyes. which also make him stron

I think if both of them had a battle it would be epic but i also think that naruto got the more advantage because of kurama


Also naruto had lots of help when he was younger also sasuke did always. naruto had the nine tale charka & sasuke had curse mark which made him stronger. but when they was both younger sasuke was always stronger than naruto.

No matter how high they can be,they still will foreva be equal..This is how i judge their powers..When i look at the progress of naruto,,without seeing sasuke,i will already be expecting something closer to or equal to that of naruto and vice versa..Speaking of when they were young,sasuke was stronger and thats bcos he z a genius,naruto a dumbass,,he has d sharingan nd naruto only kagebunshin..Definitely sasuke takes the lead but i admire the fact that naruto neva allowed that 4 long..He worked towards him and sasuke being equal and he got it..Dude no one is stronger than one..They are both rugged,,hard determined hell bent shinobi with a very powerful life force..That was why naruto said the next time they fight,they will both die and maybe they will understand each other better in the next world..

But Perfect Susanoo is EMS technique, not Rinnegan technique. Sasuke can match Naruto even without Rinnegan.
