Yeah probably. Hamara will probably give them more power ups. Kagaya looks like she will stomp both of them atm. Madara+98% of the world chakra = current kagaya

I'm guessing naruto will become like hagmaro while sasuke becomes like hamara or either or. Its going to be yet another parrallel imo.
