Yeah naruto without a doubt can own the living hell out of sasuke at this point, he took on all tailed beasts+past Jins,I'd say sasuke could stand a chance if Naruto used Sage Mode, Now Naruto will probably get Perfect Bijuu Mode and become insanely more powerful.

Naruto is the Lord of this Manga and Sasuke is is one of His many subjects and thats a a manga fact jack.
Which part shows that Sasuke is smarter? I know that there are people who are smart but always act stupid because of their personality or strategy. This is a way to hide your true power and/or to lower your opponent's guard. I just see that Sasuke acting cool and quiet in the fight. So I don't see too much smartness in the fights. As for experience, we don't even know what kind of experience Sasuke and Naruto have in these 3 years.
