No eyed Madara rapes both let alone one with eyes and the Rinnegan.

They win. BSM wrecks PS let alone with Sasuke's PS's help. The shroud tanked the Juubi's TBB so I don't see how PS blade is supposed to penetrate it. Regular Mokuton and FTW is useless against Sauce who can fly on top of his hawk and Naruto who encases himself in his avatar. Mokuryu would be trouble but I don't think it'll land on Naruto due to Sasuke's assistance (continuous Enton arrows and Amaterasu coupled with Bijudama to wreck it).
