Naruto and Sasuke techs

This isnt a bashing thread but if we compared their KNOWN techs atm who would come out on top? Ps is not allowed as it is speculated and never shown. Since sasuke has the rinnegan(or adleast a upgraded version) i think all he's techs would get countered except shinra tensei. And Chibaku Tensei could be counter by destroying it as itachi suggested.

So who would come out on top jutsu wise? I think preta path might be the only problem but i think so6p sage mode(dont know what to call it) gives him edge in tai.

naruto to fast for amateratsu, until sasuke shows a new susanno naruto breaks it. Im sure he has enough power to break a chibaku tensei. Genjutsu doesnt work. He only has a few rinnegan techs that in my opinion gives sasuke a slight edge

Naruto can counter all known Rinnengan techs and most likely his previous MS techniques as well, but not only have we not even an Uchiha use Rinnengan to its full extent, but Sasuke has an upgraded Rinnengan with most likely stronger basic Rinnengan techniques, new Rinnengan techniques, and Sasuke also has a sharingan that will most likely function like Indra's utilizing MS techs., that means a superior PS (susano'o also has the ability to amplifying Rinnengan Techs. (Madara meteor). All that and we still don't know what Sasuke can do with his yin seal.
