They definitely make it to 13 (Melodias is the only one I know nothing about), where the S-class heroes have a decent chance. Doubtful, though, since if Naruto and Sasuke opt for nukes from the beginning they definitely win. None of the S-class have displayed continent++ level durability or any hax to evade it, which is what a combined attack from Naruto and Sasuke should be in terms of DC.

Saitama negs regardless of anything.

Naruto and Sasuke are doing some pretty high leveled attacks currently.

Think about this for a second. Naruto's own base Chakra, in the Father/Son Rasengan, was capable of sending the Rasengan into space through force alone. That was unheard of until now.

That was Base Naruto. Not KCM, BM, RSM, or hell, even what he could accomplish in a KAvatar. So I think it's safe to assume most of these people get trashed, at least in my opinion.

True but neither Naruto or Sasuke has any real counter to Aladdin's Dhoruf Asshara which pushes his opponent far off into the reals of space, through time itself. Not to mention his gravity manipulation which can reflect anything thats sent his way. If Naruto or Sasuke gets caught its over. Plus pushing a rassengan into space isnt the same as pushing an individual. We cant accurately judge the amount of power it took to send it into space like we could say, if Naruto pushed a grown man into space.

I guess that could work, although if we use the genjutsu requires chakra logic it wouldnt work, not to mention those clones can all be destroyed with a massive punch to the ground sending a shockwave the size of a city.

Also Meliodas is massively faster than Sound, which puts his speed on par with Naruto and Sasuke. As for strength, well i'd say there about equal, after all 10% strength Meliodas was able to split a mountain in half with a twig. Think i'd have to give the win to Meliodas actually. Yep, they stop at 13. Maybe 12.

Highly doubt one of them alone can clear it. And I doubt Saitama is limitless but he certainly isn't a pushover. Taking an attack that can slice apart a portion of the moon's surface is completely different than taking a blunt force hit sending you hurling towards the moon. Thats almost 2 million newtons of pure energy, which Saitama took without a scratch.
