This isn't entirely true. In the manga Madara tells Obito they can't start the Infinite Tsukuyomi immediately because the genjutsu requires time to summon the moon.
They're individually stronger than him and can overpower him. However, Madara has that immortality going on for him, which most likely gives him the win via outlasting.
Although... Naruto can just do enough damage and pull out the Biju, which is an automatic win. Sasuke can weaken him enough and either pull out his soul or go for a BFR win by dumping him in another dimension.
How is sasuke going to overpower madara again? Both have the same avatars, both have rinnegan, but madara has the juubi boosting all his attacks, as shown with his massive CT which he did casually just to distract him, imagine all his other attacks, like wood style susanos, and TBB

Sasuke feats are subpar in boruto movie, and his vote 2 feats are with the bijuus, theres no way he is gonna over power madara.

Vote 2 naruto cant stop madara from doing infonite tsukuyomi, not only does madara have limbo, he has satellite CTs, wood style susano clones 25plus, his own rikudou PS, and TBB branches to distract naruto, not to mention immortality, narutos best bet is the 9 bijuu RS which i doubt will hit madara if then limbo swap.

They lose individually naruto probably has a higher chance becux of his raw power and attacks would last longer but if IT is in work here then i guess he loses but he has to activate it but naruto is still losing. Interesting. So you think Naruto would just stay down and wait to get one-shot? Now that he can fly with his avatars, Madara won't get a single moment of peace necessary to stand in front of the Moon and cast the jutsu. It'd just be a matter of time before Naruto gets the same ammount of nature energy he did in VoTE and prep his attacks to obliterate Madara, or at least leave him ready for extraction.

Sasuke's Rikudou PS would by now be > Madara's. Sasuke's Rinnegan > Madara's. Considering the power up his Chidori went through in 2 years (from small-hill level to meteor-level), Sasuke should easily be able to replicate the same CT feat and ''imagine all his other attacks'' going through the same powerscale the Chidori went through. As shown in the movie, Sasuke is also apparently equal in speed and physical ability as 100% RSM Naruto who is > VoTE 2 Naruto who is > Kaguya Fight Naruto who is > Madara Fight Naruto, who Naruto's reactions is canonically stated to be on par or greater than, meaning that he's more or less in the same speed department as well.
Do you understand what I'm getting at? If Sasuke is equal in speed in physical ability with a much stronger Naruto than the one that is equal or greater than Madara in speed, and adding on Ameno usage means that he'll molest Madara in CQC. The fight would literally go with Madara being in PS the whole time, otherwise he's toast. His Six Paths get countered by Sasuke's. His Limbos get swatted away since they haven't shown anything but taijutsu.
What TBB? Lol, for Madara to make any TBB he'd have to release the Shinju to make another Quad Juubidama attempt, which means it'd get instantly cut by Sasuke. Or does Madara have a Juubi Avatar now? Smh.
Want another interesting fact? The Last Naruto focused his KCSM into his punch, and that tanked an attack that cut the Moon in half. Now, take into account that this is an inferior mode and inferior Naruto to Boruto movie Naruto, and add the fact that Sasuke can match Naruto in power, and tell me how the hell is Madara supposed to be > either of them?
I'm fully expecting something like ''just assumptions'', even though you're doing the same anyway, so I'll counter it beforehand - Adult Naruto and Sasuke are stated as equal. Not my words, Kishi's. That means that Sasuke could match Naruto's DC, one way or another, most likely with his chakra growth and potency. That's because he was severely drained of chakra after he transported several people to the other dimension. Did you somehow miss the fact that he was fighting Fused Momoshiki with a 3T? Then there's the fact that the highest Susano'o form he used on his own was ribcage. You just lack basic comprehension to understand how much better both Naruto and Sasuke were shown to be in the new movie than their previous selves. If they'd used any of their heavy hitters, Momoshiki would have absorbed them, multiplied them by a 100 and fired it back, instantly ending them both.

The arrow points to Momoshiki, while all that black mass behind him is a single TBB. That ability alone craps on anything Madara's displayed, bar his theoretical usage of Quad Juubidama. Smh.
Regarding Ningendo: Assuming he has a clone ''in him'', though I don't see how Madara will switch with a clone while his soul is already out, unless he cuts the ties with it, which means he'll lose a part of his body.
Regarding BFR: No, the clones can only take his place which allows him to run/fly away, he can't magically warp to a new location, so once he's in the dimension he's done.
VotE Naruto / Sasuke have the firepower needed to match JJ Madara. While they can't Seal him, Naruto can pull out the chakra of the Bijuu, which would win the fight. Naruto and Sasuke simply need to land a strong enough attack. With Sasuke's teleportation ability, they can manage it.
