Why is there no both option on the poll xD

i would have to choose sasuke due to the amount he changed and that was a monumental turning point for the whole series.
Not to sya naruto not changing is a bad thing but it doesn't symbolise anything. but's it's a good thing naruto didn't change because his ideals where good so...

It's just like that for consistency's sake, they weren't perfectly parallel throughout the series, but for the most part they were. I could factor in 4 and 6 tailed Naruto, but then again Naruto isn't really in his right mind in these states so that would be my reason for keeping them out of the list.

To the ones you mentioned, yes they were alternating in strength levels during those parts I agree, not much else I can say about that lol.
