Who do you think Naruto has a better "brother" relationship with? I feel the Naruto/Sasuke relationship and connection is SEVERELY overstated in the manga. Rereading Part 1, you notice that Naruto and Sasuke were primarily rivals through the Land of Waves Arc, Chunin Exams, Return of Itachi/Search For Tsunade Arcs. It wasn't until Sasuke left the village that Naruto and Sasuke suddenly became BFF's with this "deep connection".
In Part 2 Naruto saw Sasuke a total of 2x before Sasuke came back to fight in the war. Once in the Land of Grass and next at the 5 Kage Summit. Naruto's devotion to Sasuke seems too lopsided. Sasuke made his choice to throw away home and friendship for darkness and revenge. For 3 years he toiled to achieve his own goals. When Sasuke finally achieved his goal, his hatred didn't die with Itachi. It grew. Lashing out at the 5 Kage, swearing to destroy Konoha, killing Danzo, attempting to kill Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi. Sasuke of course comes back to fight in the war on the behalf of the SA, but it revealed that Sasuke was only doing it to further his own ambitions. Of course Naruto manages to TnJ Sasuke in the end, but it feels hollow when you consider everything Sasuke has done and the years he spent thinking only of himself and pushing Team 7 away.
Compare with to Naruto and Bee's relationship, this one feels more genuine. Bee and Naruto start at odds but are not hostile to one another. Bee recognizes that Naruto is like him (both being Jins) and endures to help him learn to control Kurama and to fight the evil within himself at the Waterfall of truth. Naruto even rubs off on Bee when he convinces him indirectly to help fight in the war. This of course led to Bee finally standing up to and overpowering his brother Ay. Add in all the battles Bee and Naruto had against Obito, the 10 tails and the Edo Tensei Jins. In a shorter amount of time, Naruto and Bee formed a true bond as brothers. Ultimate highlight is Bee had the courtesy to attend Naruto's wedding. It's not like Sasuke had anything better to do.
