Actually it would be more likely they would get stronger then lose a power up, as in Shounen manga the main characters just keep getting stronger without regressing.

But I doubt there will be any further power ups, we are at the finale so it would be redundant.

Even if Madara is completely gone there is still the juubi still inside Kaguya, which accounts for the bulk of the bijuu's chakra along with yang Kurama himself. Along with that she has pretty much the entire worlds chakra, sans team 7. Does that go back to everyone? Does it need to go back?
