Umm no, Naruto and Sasuke were doing fine,in fact there were no struggles when Naruto and Sasuke were the one to push Madara into the corner.

Sasuke sliced all the meteors like Hotcakes while Naruto tanked all the limbo and knocked Madara out. Sasuke managed to blitz on Madara unlike Kaguya...

Kaguya on the other hand, had chances in which she could have killed Naruto and Sasuke Keep in mind that Naruto and Sasuke were progressing getting stronger throughout the fight with Kaguya.

He took izunas eyes, took hashis DNa, and his save mode, took all the bijuu himself, summoned the gedo mask by himself, manipulated obito and got an eye that could solo everyone. He earned it all. Gg

Not really, they were going HAM against the meteors, if just barely then both Naruto and Sasuke would completely exhaust their chakra and that they had to save each other which clearly they did not. It doesn't matter if Madara use to distract them when when in the end result backfires so Naruto could've used 1000 clones to overwhelm Madara limbos and the meteors, but of course he doesn't know how to fly until the fight with Kaguya

naruto and sasuke are not strong enough to defeat madara even when madara was not serious they still couldn't defeat him and once he completed his goal I.T he came down and was going to kill naruto and sasuke again but Kishi couldn't allow that to happen so he used BZ to bring out kaguya who doesn't possess madara's level of intelligence.

without the juubi Madara possesses hagoromos power (dual rinnegan and his chakra)

No, it was said that Madara could only deploy Limbo up to 4 if he had double rinnegan, the fact the matter is that Naruto used the same amount of clones as his limbo and yet Naruto who couldn't see but to sense given the advantage Madara had was able to put competent against his limbo which is pathetic if you ask me.

Madara has more chakra and yet he never had a chance to lay a finger against Naruto and Sasuke so your point is invalid. Naruto and Sasuke together were too overwhelming to Madara compare to Kaguya.

Madara had Obito, Spiral Zetsu, Kishimoto, Hashirama cells and it is not like Madara didn't absorb the tree in order to get powerups. Oh and lets not forget Black Zetsu harvesting eyes and half kurama here and there for Madara..
