I done my best to put what natural power they would gain without Curse Seal, Bijuus, brother eye, Hagoromo, etc basically anything outside source which are not natural.

Isnt all of naruto moves based off of outside sources. Like dude cant even do a proper one handed rasangan without wasting charka on a clone. Well untill he blasted obito in the back. Only thing i give naruto is the expensive wasteful spending charka master manipulator. Shit with all the charka he spent wasted he could used in to make his own god damn god tree. Like why the **** are wasting a giant rasangan on white zetsus... or barrage of clones to cancle out a wood tech by madara,could you just have used all the clones to carry everyone to safty rather than to thier deaths... smh naruto your like a child with unlimited money and just go give a ****.

That's applies to chakra natures and assumes two techniques of the same level. A higher level technique of a disadvantaged nature can overcome a lower one of an advantaged nature, i.e. Suidanha > Doryuheki. Besides, natural lightning is more powerful than the chakra imitation.
OT: Are you counting Oro's power as an outside source? If so, delete ORK and Sen'ei Jashu. Also, Yin Release is one of his elements thanks to Sharingan genjutsu and general Uchihaness.

Yes, but both are ranked as S-rank are they not ? Also if Kirin is based on using natural lightning from clouds one Rasenshuriken would disperse it all. Because even if Kirin is instant its preparation its not. Itachi had plenty time looking at it, so someone could counter it easily.
I edited the list, I removed Chibaku Tensei from Sasuke move list. Itachi was able to use Genjutsu with terrible eye sight. Was it ever stated that becoming blind they lose their Sharingan and MS jutsu?

If Sasuke can use Orochimaru-Style Body Replacement Technique and Sen'ei Jashu without Orochimaru, then that isn't outside source power. If Sasuke can't do those two jutsu without Orochimaru then yes they are outside source power and I should delete.
