I think the bond an friendship was/is there! When your fightin side by side an saving eachothers life there's a certain bond between them that is not spoken of.. You don't save some1's life time an time again that your not friends with in shinobi the world..
The bond & friendship is definitely there!

When sakura berated naruto he told sakura is more annoying than naruto cause he symapathies naruto for his loneliness just like he was and fight with haku in part I shows how much they care about each other from inside while they are jealous from outside most of the time.

I agree. Sasuke was never friends with that idiot Naruto. He was always ahead of him, and Naruto only showed jealousy. If they did indeed form a bond, it was off screen. Poor writing if you ask me.

They are very different in many aspects,but being stupid is what connects their"bond".

Both Naruto and Sasuke admitted they felt like close friends.Hmmm no I don't think so hahaha.

Let's analyse Naruto and Sasuke in part 1:


For most of the time Naruto was in Sasuke's shadows only to shine in the fight with Gaara.They competed a lot,and not a single panel is with them showing some kindness or friendship.Sasuke was cold and distant with everyone,and with naruto he was also rude and arrogant lol,not even close to a friend.


Also Naruto never shared a friendship bond with Sasuke.He was always jealous of him and never wanted to listen to him.


And yet,after their time together in part 1,they call themselves friends without having a real friendship in the past.They even fought to the death,but as naruto said,it was a "fight between friends"

They were never friends,just stupid kids who only shared their experiences in their lonely life.

Why do they give each other the special treatment, ever wondered? Not all friendships are the same, some are abnormal BDSM types.
I never doubted that there was friendship once upon a time, but the extent to which Naruto went to preserve it was just gay
