Naruto and Sasuke lost Rikudo chakra

Naruto and Sasuke lost their Rikudo chakra after sealing Kaguya. I'll explain why.

1. Hagoromo gave them chakra which is embed into the seals he gave them. This is also the reason why Naruto can heal and restore body parts with the Yang seal and Sasuke can enhance his ninjutsu with the Yin seal.

2. After losing the seals, Naruto couldn't restore his limbs or Sasuke's limbs.

3. Sasuke's Susano'o changed after he lost the seal.

Sasuke's Susano'o while he had the Yin seal. It had holes on the face with no grin.

it would need another layer to transform into ps. even if it was, there wasnt another layer in that panel yet. it was the face thats all. the face underwent changes when he had the Yin seal

The seals are nothing to do with the powers

The power source is the chakra Hagoromo gave them, they did lose it eventually since Naruto couldn't heal his own arm afterwards while he could create a complex organ before

Sasuke also lost his destructive black chidori, since he used the sages chakra to create that
