Naruto and Sasuke.. Is it just the opponent?

I was wondering is Kaguya just more suited to Narutos style of fighting or is there genuinely a gap emerging between Naruto and Sasuke?

Naruto has more power to waste on fending off Kaguya's techniques. He has superior sensory abilities, allowing him to react better. He has more destructive power.

If Kaguya used Rinnegan techniques that only Sasuke could see (like Madara's Limbo), it'd be a different story. Same with Genjutsu. Unfortunately, Kishi isn't writing this fight to showcase Sasuke yet.
