Naruto and Sasuke injure one another?

Think about it.

Maybe they injure one another during their upcoming battle and that's why Naruto has his hand covered up and Sasuke has his forehead covered up? With all the throw-backs Kishi has been including as of late, I can definitely see Sasuke's forehead scar coming, and Naruto might mangle his hand in the process of doing so. Of course that might not happen due to Naruto's healing factor, but still, I could still see it happen.
