Most people all over the internet seen to think naruto couldn't use senjustu of six paths mode in last movie because he lost that power witch not true there no reason to lose it.
Naruto used kyuubi charka mode kishi moto basically wanted to show how strong naruto is at his weakest state plus it would ruin the anime if naruto went to six paths mode.
Also sasuke used a normal chidori and destroy a meteor size of leaf village.
This all just shows how strong they became over the time skip.
Naruto also used kyuubi charka in a different shape like haki and able to move though hinata body like matrix.
Everything naruto did in the movie he was able to do that way of doing anything sure not gone.
