I'm going to bring up Madera just do to his claim to perfect eyes.
As of right now who can blame him? He is literally wiping the floor with shinobis of any caliber.
But as a twist and the finial/start of the downfall of Madera is Sasuke gaining the real, the true power of the Uchiha.
The eyes of the original Uchiha the eyes of the son of the Sixth.
Now Naruto due to spoilers, and the last page of the recent manga scan Naruto has the power to give life and call upon the power of the tailed beast and he is able to use them. So just being able to use all the beast separately makes him on a level of his own.
Naruto & Sasuke will battle Madera to the death. No talk Justu here.
