Naruto and Sasuke = Hagoromo?

Did Hagoromo give his full half power to each of them, so they can match his power as a team?
Some people state that he only gave them a part of his power, however, looking at the signs on their hands, the Gudoudama, Sasuke's Rinnegan etc. makes me think he entrusted them with his full power.

Idk, Sasuke eye is different from his eye and the body of Naruto's is also different.

Maybe because they physically instead of mentally already had somewhat portion of his powers.

Like Sasuke having PS already and having hashirama's chakra/cells and near death gave him rinne but he was dead then when he got the sage power he got the new one plus tomoe.

Naruto already having the beasts chakra, but only a little bit and Obito giving him the 8 and 1 tails plus the sages chakra which gave him another boost.

Hashirama's cells no longer had Ashura's chakra.
I think that Hagoromo combined both of his Rinnegan into Sasuke's one eye, that's why it has tomoe.

Naruto has pretty much the same body. What's different, the robe?

Well, I think so, but we have to wait and see what Sasuke and Naruto can do with their powers. I would like to see Sasuke having Hagoromos Rinnegan in both eyes actually. :/
