Is it me or has Most of narutos fight he' rarely fights full powered enemies think about it
In most of them he comes and just finishes of the opponent

While sasuke has been fighting full powered enemies through out the serious except oro and Itachi.

Jut something I noticed.

danzou didnt use shisuis eye because he was saving it for tobi ....
