Naruto and sasuke Fight AMV

I've seen a ton of AMV on youtube using a scene showing Naruto and Sasuke fighting is that fan made or something else? I'm sorry if this has been posted I'd still like an answer is possible.

There are quite a few OVA's on it. They were done by the studio making Naruto, but they're not actually the official fight.
