The biggest difference I see here is that Naruto's ninja title is way above Sasuke's reach. Sasuke is nothing more than a poor hobo in comparison. His attire got dark due to dust being on his clothes after not washing it for so long. Naruto is a neat and clean person. His attire shows it. He even gets a nice haircut every week, to show professionalism in the way he is. While Sasuke spends his time in the jungle. Meeting his monkey family. Sasuke gives no damn about himself. He had lost hope in life since Itachi passed away. Hence why his living standards are shit. Naruto solos him in this department. There is no question about it.

And him saying that in no way means the rinnegan itself grants immortality. There is no room for assumptions here, sasuke never stated that the rinnegan itself granted such.
