It's Kaguya dude...She can change the gravity to suit her own needs I guess, and she mentioned it earlier though.
Plus she can barely moved up that's why she missed the first one.
You know what's funny, Naruto who defies gravity with senjutsu is now affected by it.

We probably won't get a full explanation, but there's probably some logic behind it. Maybe Kaguya can affect gravity differently in different areas and put more pressure on where Naruto/Sasuke were and didn't really care about Kakashi.

Chakra does not equal physical strength. Tsunade and Sakura simply concentrated it in their muscles and at the point of impact to increase output. Sakura was in no condition to do this in this chapter; Sasuke and Naruto don't know how.

We all know from earlier chapters that Kakashi has incredible physical strength. In the anime, Kakashi did one-fingered push-ups with Tazuna, Sakura, and Inari's mom all sitting on his back. He and Gai are incredibly strong.

And do I need to show scans of Obito's extensive, physical training with the Zetsus? The time he stopped Suigetsu's sword (the executioner's blade, no less) with his bare hand?

That's why Kishi used gravity. It was the only scenario where Kakashi and Obito become the most useful of the five.

Naruto and Sasuke dove to the ground to avoid the arrows. Gravity had a better hold of them, Kakashi and obito were still on their feet fighting the effects of the gravitational pull. So to sum it all up they had the greatest advantage of moving at the time.

Yes! She's a chakra whale, but she can't handle Naruto's Taijutsu. Yes. She is physically weaker than Everybody else on the field. And remember Chakra does not equal physical strength. Not to mention; she's been sealed away all these centuries. What physical training has she had in that time period? What physical strength could she have held onto? Use it or lose it; right?
